Dr. Oz describes perfectly how the Tonia Tee plan works with the exception of the pasta and the sugar.  Not that you can’t have them but it would be a much better choice and way lower in calories to substitute alternatives to having these foods .

 Instead of having the high empty calorie pasta consider substituting the pasta with spaghetti squash.  Spaghetti squash is only 42 calories a cup, it takes care of 1 of your vegetables for the day, it is nutrient rich and it taste just like angel hair pasta.  Pasta noodles are 200 calories for 1/4 cup, they  have no nutritional value, they cause bloating and they are processed.

Then instead of having the chocolate covered peanuts that are full of toxic sugar and are 240 calories for 1/4 cup have a cocoa roasted 100 calorie pack of almonds.  Not only are the almonds proportioned into a low calorie amount but they are much more nutrient dense than peanuts and taste amazing.     

For every high calorie food there are low calorie alternatives that are much more satisfying and nutrient dense.  Also, remember Dr. Oz does say that if you are not getting the nutrients that your body needs then your body will force you to seek out those nutrients and over consume food and most likely the wrong foods sabotaging your weight loss efforts.
