    Ingredients
    1. ½ cup of Blue Bunny no sugar added Brownie Sundae – 80 calories
    2. 1 tbsp. PB2 Powdered Peanut – 22 calories
    3. ½ tbsp. water
    Instructions
    1. First, make your PB2 peanut butter by adding ½ tbsp. of water to 1 tbsp. of PB2 and stir it until smooth. More or less water can be added to desired consistency of PB2. PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that is not lacking in taste at all and it is actual peanut butter. The PB2 Company has extracted all the oil from the peanut butter and that has gotten rid of a lot of the calories which in turn decreased the calories considerably. Comparatively, PB2 is 45 calories for 2 tbsp. and regular peanut butter is 190 to 210 calories for 2 tbsp. Huge difference and same amount of protein and other nutrients but it is low in fat so the essential fat needed will have to be gotten from other sources. PB2 is now available to buy at most Walmart stores, Whole Foods types of stores and if all else fails then it can be bought online on Amazon. Next, put the whole container of ice cream in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften it enough to scoop it out easily. If you use a ½ cup measuring scoop to scoop out the ice cream then you will get the accurate amount for the calories. Lastly, put the PB2 on the ice cream and if you made the PB2 thicker then then mix it together or if you made it sauce like then pour it over top of the ice cream to make it like a Sundae. This mixture reminds me of Reese cup ice cream and Buckeye ice cream!
    Notes
    1. Never deny yourself of your guilty pleasures but especially when you can have it guilt free and nutritious. The difference between thinking skinny and thinking out of control is when you think skinny you allow yourself to have what you want within your calorie range and 1 serving. If you don’t have the calories today then plan your treat into your calories tomorrow. For more information on how to think skinny and be skinny join me Tonia Tee on ToniaTee.com.
